Easy Systems is participating in the EURINV19 Action. The main objective of this project is to support the EDI providers (Electronic Data Interchange providers) of the consortium and their clients to meet the European Standard (EN) on electronic invoice for cross-border transactions.
Easy Systems will incorporate advanced eInvoicing functionalities, such as the capability to send/receive invoices compliant with EN, translate invoices into different formats for data integration in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, real time cross-border transactions and guaranteed interoperability with ERP systems.
The EURINV19 project in which we take part moves forward. As part of the required activities to start the technical deployment of the Action, the consortium of participants has concluded the analysis of the legal and technical requirements. We studied our context and transpositions of the European 2014/55/EU Directive and the technical needs for our particular case.
The coordinator, University of Valencia, as well as the technical manager, LMT, have also provided their knowledge of past Actions that were as well co-financed by INEA, the Innovation and Networks Executive Agency, through the CEF Telecom programs.
With the conclusion of this analytical period, we are now able to start the deployment of the compliant syntaxes UBL and CII for our cloud platform.
EURINV19 seeks to update the electronic invoicing platforms of 5 Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) providers to be fully compliant with the European eInvoicing standard (EN) required syntaxes (UBL and CII) and to implement eInvoicing solutions compliant with EN for 4 end-users. Keep up with the latest news of this Action on http://cef.uv.es/eurinv19/
The project is co-financed by the European Commission within the CEF Telecom Program managed by INEA (Innovation and Networks Executive Agency) and through the 2019 CEF Telecom Call – eInvoicing (CEF-TC-2019-1).
